Photographed in a wooded area on the South West coast of England on 3rd December 2017
Located just outside the town of Nerja in Malaga, Spain. Discovered in 1959 and contains the largest known stalagmite standing at 32 metres tall. 1259 inches.
The cave system itself stretches almost 5km and often hosts live classical music concerts as well as traditional Spanish music.
In April this year i visited the Orkney Islands. One of the things that impressed me was the variety of rocks and stones strewn across the coastline. The colours and the sea worn shapes etched into them kept me enthralled for hours at a time.
One of the projects i am working on right now is inspired by the coastal walks i took and i have been using a number of my photographs as reference material.
